Position Overview:
Identifies and documents the patient's initial condition and need for care based on established protocols in ambulatory setting. Performs care based on ANA Code for Nurses and Capital Health Standards of Practice. Fosters an environment to include the core mission. Provides emotional and informational support to patients and families according to established protocols. Teaches patients and families following standardized instructional plans and documenting outcomes; Plans for and documents needs of the patient with appropriate assistance.
