Position Overview:
Welcome to Capital Health's Patient Care Services PRN Program for RN’s. This market- based compensation program recognizes national certification and rewards our PRN employees for staffing our difficult-to-staff shifts. In addition, this program has been designed to attract an increased number of qualified PRN nurses.
- All PRN Staff must work (3) three holidays - one winter, one summer and one difficult-to-staff. (Assigned holidays are based on scheduling needs.) In affected areas, PRN staff will be included in the on-call rotation.
- "Per Schedule" is defined as a six (6) week pay period according to scheduling system.
- Certification Pay $1.50/hour in addition to hourly wage
Level 1 – Service or Unit Based Pool (8 or- 12 hour shifts)
- Minimum of 84 hours/6 weeks schedule
- Minimum of 3 weekend shifts (36hours)
- Holidays: 1 Winter; 1 Summer and 1 difficult-to-staff-shift
Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
Other Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, Registered Nurse - NJ
