Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our Charleston, WV office. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients find the best insurance coverage to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate auto, home, and business insurance policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and addressing concerns.
- Work closely with top insurance carriers to offer customized coverage solutions.
- Follow up on leads and work towards achieving sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and policy options.
- Complete training and licensing requirements to enhance industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) License (training provided).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $15 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
- Benefits (Upon Qualification): After obtaining a Property & Casualty License and working with CIG for four months post-licensing, employees become eligible for:
