Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity available within our Technology organization for a Technology Associate. If you are looking to start your career, then demonstrating your skills in Technical Support is a wonderful place to start! This position enables daily opportunities to grow and learn from our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams at Capital Insurance Group including Production Support, Security, Network, Application Support Analysts, and System Administrator teams.
What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with onboarding new employees (account setup, system access, etc.)

Managing and updating tickets in our helpdesk system (Jira)

Handling access requests and user permissions

Responding to and troubleshooting incident tickets

Collaborating with the IT team to maintain and improve our internal systems
