Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to oversee the cleaning of short-term furnished units and common areas. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the timely cleaning of the furnished units and common areas, track the supply of linens and other stocked items in the units, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for the apartment cleaning team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage their calendar through several software programs.
Responsibilities:
Furnished Units: Track the move-out/move-in calendar for all short-term furnished units to ensure each turn can be completed on time and to an acceptable level.
Furnished Unit Inventory: Track items such as towels, linens, silverware, cups, etc. for units and order low-inventory items to ensure that extras are in stock at all times.
Common Areas: Clean a certain number of common areas each week on a rotation so that all common areas are cleaned at least monthly.
Cleaning Supplies: Order cleaning supplies and equipment regularly so that extras are in stock at all times. The supplies ordered will be based on the preferences of the apartment cleaning team.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a professional cleaner
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
