Job Description

We are seeking an Manager of Business Operations. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong operational management, and a proactive approach to driving business success. The ideal candidate will lead company operations, manage team members, manage critical processes, oversee investor services, and execute key priorities. Over time, this position will evolve into the CEO’s #2 leader, and right-hand, playing a crucial role in company growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations management, ensuring efficiency across all business functions.
• Act as a strategic advisor and problem solver for company leadership, helping prioritize initiatives and drive execution.
• Lead and manage customer service for our investors, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Manage IT, office facilities, entity administration (with support from third-party provider CSC), property insurance, and estate management for the Founder.
• Perform HR functions, ensuring a strong productive workplace culture including managing of team members.
• Manage and run the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), tracking and managing accountabilities, running EOS meetings, and ensuring timely completion of key projects.
• Conduct research and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Utilize software, programs, and other productivity tools proficiently to manage data, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects and external vendor relationships to support business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate operations, asset management, or a directly comparable related field.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to self manage while managing other multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of key accountabilities and drive results with limited oversight.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows efficiently.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation is a plus, as well as any project and time management software (Asana, Monday, etc…)

Salary: Starting at $80K (Additional compensation available based on experience)
