Capital Lincoln Mazda of Cary is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to become an integral part of our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and repair services for their vehicles. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring the smooth communication between customers and the service department to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to accurately assess service needs and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers, fostering transparency and trust.
- Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage the service department's workflow to ensure timely repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to facilitate smooth operations and ensure quality results.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, working to resolve issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and components, diagnostic processes, and repair techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficient with computer systems and software used for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
