Join Capital Corporate as a Business Intelligence Analyst!
Position Summary: Responsible for working with business leaders and BI consumers to identify reporting and analytical requirements, independently developing business requirements to develop Looker BI reports and dashboards. Position is that of a process improvement and change agent. This is a hybrid role that allows you to work both remote and in the office during the week. Our office is located in the Biltmore area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partners with stakeholders, process specialists, and end-users to elicit and document business requirements
- Translates non-technical requirements into technical business requirements
- Partners with business departmental teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports
- Teaches, tailors, and drives user adoption
- Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
- Designs, develops, and maintains reports and analytical tools
- Uses current knowledge of business and technology to recommend systems and process improvements
- Performs ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports and analytical solutions
- Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile, and identify gaps, uncover unmet business needs and work with the Financial Systems Manager to create a finished solution
- Provide support for Data Warehouse functions, including but not limited to ETL Jobs and Data Integrity
- Keep current with technology, innovation, and demonstrate how we can leverage it
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence platforms, and financial systems
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of MSSQL, SSMS, Visual Studios
- Analytical skills and business/financial acumen
- Attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and review
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task project environment
- Ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
- High-level of computer proficiency; advanced level with Excel; experience with VBA a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse/ team environment are essential
- Knowledge of DMSi Agility and Looker a plus
