Capital Management Services (CMS) is located in Buffalo New York and specializes in 1st party collections and reminder calls for a well-known bank.

We are looking for in-office employees who will be calling current customers who are 2-90 days behind on their current credit card payment, to remind them of their missed payment. There are no old debt collections.
This is a full time opportunity. There is a Saturday shift from 8a-5p required for this scheduled, however we are very flexible with scheduling during the week.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
