As our agent teams grow larger, we have open opportunities to hire a leader with experience in the collections and financial services industry to help deliver best in class results to our clients.
CMS has multiple clients, with teams that serve multiple types of financial services to include, but not limited 1st and 3rd Party Collections.
Job Summary
CMS supervisors are the front line leaders directly responsible for managing a team of agents (typically 15 agents per team), and assisting them in their customer service and collections efforts.
Responsibilities
- Work with other CMS departments to help with the recruiting, onboarding, and training of new hires.
- Become a resource for their team, helping with call escalations and other common call center difficulties that may arise day to day.
- Perform on-site interviews of new candidates.
- Coordinate employee schedules.
- Responsible for all basic leadership functions, including maintaining KPI's, attendance, and maintaining a positive working environment.
Experience
- Proven recent experience in leadership, preferably in the collections industry.
- High-School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Experience managing a team of around 15 people in a call center environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
