Capital Management Service is in the process of updating the structure of our recruiting team! We are building a team that better understands the modern applicant, and how to attract and select the best of the best who are well suited for our teams. CMS has multiple clients, with teams that serve multiple types of financial services to include, but not limited to Customer Service, 3rd Party Collections, 1st Party Collections, Mortgage, Fraud, and Loan Verification.
To satisfy this need, we are looking to source an experienced person to become a part of our existing team as the first foundational step in strengthening the team!
Job Summary
This role will autonomously lead their recruiting efforts for multiple clients, and working with our internal operations teams to source and interview the strongest candidates possible. We are looking for someone that is professional, friendly, and easily understands the applicant as a person, and not just a numerical recruitment goal.
Due to the growth of both our number of clients, and the number of heads needed for each client, we work in consistent 2 to 3 week recruiting cycles and achieve large volumes of new hires. The right candidate will be prepared for a consistent/constant number of phone screens, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities
- Work with CMS Leadership to create and update recruiting department policy and procedure.
- Assist other recruiters as needed in a unified front against all open goals.
- Perform on-site interviews of new candidates.
- Coordinate recruiting schedule.
- Responsible for all basic recruiting functions, including issuing drug tests, background checks, employment verification, etc.
Experience
- Proven recent experience in recruiting, especially over the past 4 years.
- College degree, preferably in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or other related program.
- Experience recruiting entry level talent.
- People management experience.
- Previous experience in recruiting for telemarketing or collections is highly preferred, but not required with proper alternate experience.
Joining our recruiting team at this juncture is to join CMS at the point where our recruiting team is fundamentally changing. The duties of this position may expand into people leadership responsibilities as the team develops. The right applicant will understand that there will be both growing pains, as well as opportunities for entering at the creation of a new foundation, and will want to use their experience to be at the forefront of that growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
