Position summary :
Network Engineer with expertise in Operational Technology (OT) environments that supports the network infrastructure for our Industrial Control Systems (ICS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with routing, switching, wireless, and security. The role is part of our OT team that supports our Natural Gas and Electric utility systems.
Pay Range : This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
Level II : $77,450 - $116,200 / Grade 14
Senior : $90,900 - $136,500 / Grade 16
Reporting Relationship : Network Engineering Manager
Location : Rapid City, South Dakota; Denver, Colorado or Council Bluffs, Iowa

E ssential Functions :
- Responsible for design, installation, configuration, and maintaining network infrastructure that supports our mission critical Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
- Support LAN and WAN hardware including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points, and IOT devices.
- Partner with utility business unit stakeholders to design and implement highly available, secure, and compliant network solutions.
- Monitor network performance and manage outages.
- Develop and maintain detailed network documentation / diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere to regulatory reliability standards compliance such as NERC, CIP, & TSA.
