We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative who can help reduce customer financial anxiety by determining personal and business financial needs. You'll work closely with experts to guide customers toward their financial destinations.
Your responsibilities will include supporting customers in all areas of the branch, rotating throughout the branch based on customer needs, and showcasing what's possible in our physical space and how to easily navigate our mobile and online experience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 6 months of cash handling experience and an Associate's degree or equivalent years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.
