In addition to its state of the art auto loan origination platform, the division is also focused on developing innovative dealership services that enhance both the sales and funding processes.
The Pricing team in FS Dealer Tech specializes in developing and maintaining pricing models to support the auto loans business. These models predict the interest rates charged to auto loan customers and play a critical role in driving core business value. Beyond model training and maintenance, the team is dedicated to building robust data pipelines and developing tools to analyze data and evaluate model performance, ensuring optimal outcomes for both customers and business objectives. What You’ll Do :
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company.
- Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community.
- Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
- Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.
- Build Data Pipelines : Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to support machine learning models.
- Develop Analytical Tools : Create tools to analyze model performance and simplify the process of making data-driven business decisions.
- Design Reusable Modules : Build generic, reusable modules that can be integrated across the enterprise for use by other teams.
- Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to address their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Democratize Pricing : Develop tools and frameworks to make pricing models accessible and user-friendly for broader teams.
