You’ll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, to gain alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.You’ll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy.As part of the People Data and Platforms role, you will :
Lead the data and platform strategy for Enterprise HR; you’ll take a broad view of both external, market-leading data, analytics, and HRIS platforms and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap for our people data and platforms.Shape our strategy around data governance, ensuring a consistently up-to-date view of what is needed to minimize risk in an ever-changing regulatory and cybersecurity environment.Lead teams of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring.Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, cyber, risk, and legal to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks.Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.We want you if you are :

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.At least 8 years of experience in digital product management.Preferred Qualifications :
