In this role, you will :
Provide expert oversight : Challenge and support our core modernization strategy, ensuring adherence to best practices and risk management.
Influence key decisions : Represent our corporate risk appetite while shaping critical modernization initiatives across various business lines.
Collaborate with diverse teams : Partner closely with architects, product managers, engineers, and SRE teams to assess and enhance our current technologies and processes.
Guide policy development : Advise on robust policies and standards to facilitate effective core modernization.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with financial core processes or technologies.
- A minimum of 7 years in enterprise IT.
