You will champion automation offunctional and technical processes and bring your expertise to driveinnovative solutions.General Responsibilities :

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
• Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
• Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
• Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
• Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
• Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issuesBasic Qualifications :
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years experience in platform engineering on HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, or Successfactors)
• At least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions
• At least 2 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAPPreferred Qualifications :
• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance Management
• 3 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions
• 3 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
• Workday Integration Developer certifications
• 1 years designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend
• 1 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service
