• Bring the Café experience and our brand to lifeby helping to create an inclusive environment where all customersand team members feel welcome
• Proactively engage with customersand the community in all areas of the Café whether you’re helpingpeople with tech challenges, showing off our cool services andproducts, or having deeper conversations about their financialjourneys
• Guide customers through goal setting by meeting themwhere they are and advocating for better financial literacy throughdiscovery and Capital One resources
• Be a team player and workwith an energized team of Ambassadors helping to inspire teammatesas they inspire you
• Stay curious, adaptable and have a desire tolearn and grow through self development
• Continually learn newdigital and technical skills
• Partner with local businesses,nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events bothinside and outside of the Café
