As a Capital One SailPoint Engineering leader, you'll work on the SailPoint identity platform, leading a team to support the Identity Access Management needs of the enterprise.

As a Capital One SailPoint Engineering leader, you'll work on the SailPoint identity platform, leading a team to support the Identity Access Management needs of the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications
- Responsible for overall delivery of software components which meet functional specifications & product requirements
- Automate component & integration tests
- Collaborating with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery
- Good knowledge of secure coding practices
- Be fearless and try out new open source technologies/frameworks to solve business problems
- Be fungible in a full stack team and own all aspects of delivering business applications
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents
- Operational support with change and incident management processes
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of people leadership
- At least 4 years of Hands On Experience in Java or Python
- At least 4 years of experience in architecture and design of SailPoint IdentityIQ
- At least 4 years of experience in workflows and customizations
- At least 4 years of experience in any Databases in writing SQL Queries to extract data.
- At least 4 years of experience troubleshooting end user issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience with Cyber Security Domain specifically IAM
- 3 years of experience in IAM
- 3 years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications
- 1 year of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- 2 years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)
- Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP
- Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java or Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML or SOAP, JSF.
- ITIL Certification
- AWS Certification
- SailPoint Certification
