Team Description :
The Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) team plays a crucial role in realizing our AI vision at Capital One. We collaborate closely with various business units to push the boundaries of AI science and engineering, creating proprietary solutions that deliver value to millions. Our advanced AI models and platforms empower teams throughout Capital One to enhance their offerings in impactful, responsible, and scalable ways.
Your Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers, to deliver AI-driven products that transform associate workflows and customer interactions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI software components, focusing on areas such as foundation model training, large language model inference, similarity search, and model evaluation.
- Utilize a comprehensive stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies, including AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, and PyTorch.
- Invent and apply state-of-the-art optimization techniques to enhance the performance of high-scale production AI systems.
- Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems at Capital One.
