In this position, you will be integral to the Bank Tech organization, driving the development and implementation of solutions that advance business initiatives in collaboration with other leaders and teams throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop ML models and software solutions that address complex challenges within the financial services sector, collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Lead the innovation and enhancement of ML models and software that enable sophisticated intelligent systems.
- Oversee large-scale ML projects with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.
- Utilize cloud technologies to deploy optimized ML models at scale effectively.
- Improve data pipelines for ML model efficiency.
- Employ programming languages such as Python, Scala, C, or C .
- Utilize advanced computing technologies including Dask and RAPIDS.
- Promote best practices throughout the engineering and modeling lifecycle.
- Participate in recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent.
