Senior Manager / Senior Counsel - Premium Products & Experiences Product Counsel

- About the Role :
In this role, youll apply your strategic and analytical skills supporting our Premium Products & Experiences team, including our premium credit card and airport lounge businesses. Youll be a key player advising on the teams mission to develop industry-leading products, benefits and features that deliver unique and differentiated value to our customers. Youll partner with the business on strategy and brainstorming, learn about and deeply understand the business teams intent, investigate and assess the legal and business risks, and advise on initiatives and customer experiences. Youll also have the opportunity to learn and partner with a bright, collaborative and dynamic group of attorneys who support the broader Premium Products and Experiences business line, as well as build working relationships across the Card Legal team and the Legal department. And youll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values your insights, promotes continuous learning, and rewards creative thinking.
To succeed in this Senior Manager, Senior Counsel role, youll need strong legal and business analytical skills. Written and oral communication skills also are key, as is the ability to efficiently and effectively organize thoughts on legal risk, focusing on what matters in driving business initiatives forward responsibly. Its a real plus if you have expertise in or significant experience with consumer financial regulatory laws, marketing and advertising laws, travel or entertainment industry laws, and / or general risk management.
