JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 plus years’ experience in Truckload or LTL freight brokerage or sales
• He / she will have the ability to handle his / her customers' truckload, LTL and intermodal needs and will develop new business through inside and / or outside sales
• Ability to establish and maintain profitable business relationships
• Aggressive personality
• Strong computer and communication skills
• History of developing and making effective sales presentations
• Ability to negotiate and close the deal!
