Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer
Location: 5495 West Shea DR. Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Pay: $20-23 per hour / Weekly pay (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility - available for evenings, weekends, and overtime as project needs arise.

The Role
The Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer plays a hands-on role in installing, maintaining, and servicing pump and pipeline systems at job sites. This position requires mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong work ethic to support the Crew Leader in executing high-quality setups. You'll be working outdoors, using tools and equipment to assemble and test liquid-handling systems, ensuring everything is built to perform and last.
What You'll Do
- Assist in setting up, assembling, and securing pump and pipeline systems for job sites.
- Load, transport, and unload pipes, pumps, hoses, and related equipment.
- Inspect tools, trucks, and equipment for proper functionality before and after use.
- Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE and adhere to job site regulations.
- Use hand and power tools to modify and maintain piping systems.
- Conduct on-site assessments and problem-solve installation challenges.
- Work alongside experienced crew members to learn and grow in the field.
- Maintain clear communication with the Crew Leader and team to ensure projects stay on track.
- Ensure job sites are left clean, organized, and customer ready.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Mechanical aptitude - comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Physical ability - able to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and work in outdoor environments.
- Attention to detail - ensures all setups are secure, tested, and operating correctly.

What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL is a plus).
- Experience in pumps, construction, or industrial work is a plus but not required.
- HDPE fusion experience is beneficial but not necessary.
