Job Summary:
The Ready-Mix Sales Representative is responsible for all sales and sales-related activities, including customer care, monitoring market trends, forecasting and accurate reporting.

$65,000 - $110,000 Depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist customers and Quality Control to provide required mix design submittals
- Proactively maintain open communication regarding customer requirements and expectations to appropriate plant, dispatch, quality and management personnel
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls
- Provide timely reports, i.e., monthly activity reports and expense reports, etc.
- Assist credit department with collections
- Share expertise and experience with other sales team members
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction materials industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team-player
- Clean driving record (for the last five years)
- Experience with procuring state, county, and city governments jobs
- Background in construction and/or manufacturing of construction products
- Familiar with CRM and customer contact databases
