Position:Assisted Living Administrator
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, sincere, and friendly Assisted Living Administrator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Promote resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Addressing residents concerns in a timely manner
- Ensuring the facility is clean and properly maintained.
- Manage and evaluate ALF staff (Med Techs, Dietary, etc.).
- Assist in hiring ALF staff as needed.
- Administer and supervise all administrative and compliance functions.
- Responsible for overseeing rental collections and tracking tenant’s arrears.
- Responsible for monthly insurance billing and follow through to payment receipt and application.
- Oversee property unit turns and work with Maintenance to conduct move-out inspections and assess apartment turnover needs and timelines to ensure that apartments are suitable for occupancy.
- Oversee and administer the occupancy waitlist.
- Ensure compliance with House policies and with local, State, and Federal Housing regulations including AHCA.
- Maintaining open communication with the Regional Supervisor.
- Work with Regional Supervisor and 3rd party contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Qualifying candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, and a keen business sense, as well as marketing experience
- Must be ALF Core Certified
- Minimum of 3 years of ALF experience.
- 5 years of property management/resident services.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using property management software.
- Strong managerial and the ability to manage a large team in a positive environment
- Spanish speaking preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
