Position Available: Occupancy Specialist

We are seeking an organized and friendly Occupancy Specialist to add to our amazing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Screen and process incoming applications
• Complete move in procedures and lease documents

Necessary skills for this position include:

• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong resident relations skillset
• Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years leasing project based section-8 experience required
• HUD or LIHTC experience
• Leasing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Property leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
