Position Available: Occupancy Specialist
We are seeking an organized and friendly Occupancy Specialist to add to our amazing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Screen and process incoming applications
- Complete move in procedures and lease documents
Necessary skills for this position include:
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong resident relations skillset
- Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years leasing project based section-8 experience required
- HUD or LIHTC experience
- Leasing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
