CRG is now seeking to hire an experienced Regional Compliance Manager to add to our amazing team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Visiting properties in regional portfolio monthly/bi-monthly
- Working at a local property as Manager part-time to give a stable and quiet base of operations
- Following up on general curb appeal, turnover quality, and other general physical readiness of property
- Reviewing waiting list and applications to ensure move-in order compliance
- Reviewing move-in files remotely, to ensure compliance with company requirements; monthly file reviews.
- Reviewing a sample of recertification files remotely; monthly file reviews.
- Reviewing IR/AR recertification files onsite to determine files filed properly, and corrections completed per monthly file reviews
- Reviewing EIV Masterfile for proper follow-up with EIV policy
- Field incoming inquiries from site staff with questions directly related to income and asset eligibility, legal rents, and property-specific compliance requirements.
- Training of onsite staff as needed in various compliance related tasks
- Assist onsite with daily manager functions in times of staff vacancy
- Consistent monitoring to ensure each facility is in compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the facility.
- Prepare for and attend MOR and LIHTC audits performed by state and regulatory agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
