Capital Region Orthopaedics (the Bone and Joint Center) is currently seeking reliable, energetic, hardworking, and customer service focused team players to provide top-notch customer service and a professional & courteous environment for our patients!
We have immediate openings for Call Center Representatives (Inbound and Outbound)!
Candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable working as part of a team, and at ease making independent decisions relating to scheduling appointments. The right candidate must be able to work well in a fast paced environment, be fully reliable and dependable, have excellent computer skills, and outstanding phone etiquette. Training will be provided!

Hours: Days, Monday-Friday, with a ½ day Saturday rotation. 40 hours per week.
