Required experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in grants administration, economic inclusion program management, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving economic inclusion initiatives and managing complex programs.
- Experience in writing and managing grants, interpreting regulations, and monitoring program outcomes.
- Expertise in managing minority-owned businesses (MWDBEs) and ensuring adherence to diversity goals in contracts and bids.
Required skills:
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in writing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Advanced skills in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex initiatives.
- Deep expertise in developing and executing successful economic inclusion strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools, databases, and reporting systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- In-depth knowledge of bid evaluation processes, ensuring compliance with diversity requirements, and tracking subcontractor participation.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
