- Catering Managers
- The Event Manager plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing seamless events that exceed client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of event logistics, customer service, and hospitality operations.
- Plan and execute private events, corporate gatherings, and special occasions, ensuring flawless service from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are executed to perfection.
- Lead and motivate event staff, providing clear communication and direction before, during, and after events.
- Oversee event setup, service execution, and breakdown, maintaining high service standards.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and logistics to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Address client concerns and last-minute changes with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety guidelines, and operational best practices.
- Proven experience as an Event Manager, Catering Manager, or Private Dining Manager in a hospitality or corporate setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of event logistics, catering operations, and banquet service standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience within the DMV market is a plus**
- $60,000-$100,000 depending on candidate experience and skillset
