Duties

- Utilize Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the bar and coffee areas, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to cultivate a skilled team committed to excellence in hospitality management.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost control while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food service or banquet management.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management principles.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
