We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Content Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. This position will be a dual focus on marketing execution and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong organizational skills, and a knack for creating compelling content. Key Responsibilities :
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn). This includes content creation, management of the editorial calendar, and timely and appropriate response to comments.
Create, schedule and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring timely and effective communication with our audience.
Research and write SEO-friendly blog posts to enhance online visibility, engage target audiences, and establish thought leadership within the industry.
Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies to promote our properties, people and services.
Create and update marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, ensuring all materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Post properties to relevant listing sites to maximize exposure.
Assist in organizing and promoting company events, open houses, and networking opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (Metricool), email marketing (Mailchimp), and content management systems (Wordpress).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, for creating and updating marketing materials.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus.
Physical Requirements :
This role may involve prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Type :
Hourly with full-time potential.
Pay :
26 - $31 an hour based on experience.
Schedule :
24 hours per week, typical work week Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
