Capital RV of Bismarck is seeking to hire Entry Level RV Technicians to join our team to troubleshoot and repair a variety of RV systems and appliances. With many RV travelers on the highways, our service department is very busy, and we are hiring to meet customer demand. With our in-house technician training program, you will be learning valuable on-the-job skills right away!

No experience necessary! Previous Handyman or RV/Automotive Mechanic experience is a plus!

Responsibilities - Entry-Level Technician:

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests, repairs, or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance and repairs
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

Qualifications - Entry-Level Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record is required
• No experience necessary! Experience as a Handyman, and/or HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience is a plus!
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
