Position Description

This role involves identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with process improvement methodologies, and a passion for driving organizational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing business processes that directly intersect with the finance organization within the enterprise, this includes but not limited to workflows and operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for process improvement initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and operations teams, to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track and manage all intake initiatives to ensure goals and expectation align to the organization
- Drive the adoption of new platform enhancements and features to support data-driven decision-making and enhance financial visibility and controls.
- Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements post-implementation and refine strategies to drive further optimization and scalability.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiencies, find way to reduce cost, improve profitability and overall scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline process, improve cross-departmental workflows and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and continuously refine strategies.
- Establish training programs to upskill the finance team on new platform enhancements, and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to leadership.
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
- PBM, healthcare experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business process optimization, operations analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with automation tools and digital transformation is a plus.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and workflow automation technologies.

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
