Position Summary:
Join a rapidly growing IT team and make an impact as an IT Engineer I.
Position Responsibilities:

Work as the final escalation point for the Helpdesk team

Drive strategic, systemic solutions to solve and remediate recurring user issues and complaints

Interface with internal partner teams to help drive best practices and compliance

Leverage MDM tools to streamline our user experience
-
Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows in our SSO solution
-
Work to refine and streamline our onboarding process
-
Evaluate new software solutions with internal partners
-
Drive deployment of new systems/solutions as needed
-
Write documentation for end users as needed to facilitate process improvement and or onboard new solutions
-
Participate in off-hours support of IT systems as needed.

Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.
Required Qualifications:
-
4 Years as an IT Engineer/Systems Administrator
-
A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution
-
Experience managing user provisioning workflows in a major SSO solution (OneLogin, Okta, Auth0, etc.)

Experience driving solutions via any MDM suite

Experience deploying and managing new software products alongside internal partners

Experience with Office 365 suite

Experience supporting remote users in a distributed environment

Experience with AWS is preferred

Experience with Jira Service desk or a similar ticketing system is preferred

Experience with any major cloud platform (AWS, Google, Azure) is preferred

Ability to script in bash, Powershell, or python or a similar language is strongly preferred

Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Base Salary: $110,000-120,000
