What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist position at Capital Sanitary Supply?
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Capital Sanitary's Carroll office.
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the gatekeeper of the customer experience. This front desk position will greet incoming visitors, answer incoming calls, and take customer orders. Great communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction are some of the keys to succeeding in this position. Previous customer service experience is beneficial. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
