Our well-established and successful Real Estate client in Greenbelt, MD seeks an Accountant to Sr. Accountant level with experience in property accounting. The role requires 2 years of accounting/real estate and Yardi or Yardi Voyager software experience. Responsibilities will include preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and management reports for few property portfolios.
