Controller

Our client, a growing professional services firm, is looking to add a Corporate Controller to their leadership team. This individual must have experience in a PE environment, managing a team of accountants. In addition to the monthly close, you will oversee financial reporting including preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements. Financial performance reporting to the PE firm along with maintaining internal controls and other compliance measures will be required. Support for M&A activities and ad hoc projects as well. The selected individual should have a background that includes public accounting and corporate controllership. CPA highly desired.

This is a hybrid but flexible environment.
