What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at Capital Search Group?
Our client in Derwood, MD (hybrid – few days in office per week) is seeking a Director of Finance. This will report into a VP of Finance and support the Corporate FP&A function and P/E reporting. Duties include 3-statement modeling, budgeting, long term forecasting, strategic planning, KPI development/analysis, development of the annual operating plan, cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, and financial reporting/presentations to the Private Equity firm.
Compensation is targeted at $200K Bonus
Candidates MUST have 3-statement modeling experience have worked for a Private Equity backed company in their background.
