What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting position at Capital Search Group?
Our publicly traded client located in Vienna, VA. Is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. This reports to the Director. Duties include preparation and filing of SEC/10K and related Proxy/10Q reports. preparation of financial statements, drafting of footnotes and disclosures, review and analysis of technical accounting issues, share-based compensation/earnings reporting, working with external auditors, leasing and debt/equity transactions. Experience with revenue recognition and strong project management skills are essential for this role. A current CPA license with a background that includes public accounting and current publicly traded company experience is required.

Target compensation $165 K (base 20%bonus equity)
