What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior SEC and Financial Reporting Manager position at Capital Search Group?
Our industry leading publicly traded client located in Vienna, VA. Is seeking a rising star to become the next Senior Manager of Financial Reporting on a very talented team . Duties include preparation and filing of SEC/10K and related Proxy/10Q reports. preparation of financial statements, drafting of footnotes and disclosures, review and analysis of technical accounting issues, share-based compensation/earnings reporting, working with external auditors, leasing and debt/equity transactions. Experience with revenue recognition and strong project management skills are essential for this role. A current CPA license with a background that includes public accounting and current publicly traded company experience is required.

Target compensation $175 K base plus 20%bonus plus equity
