Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive full-time Support/Service Lead to join our team in Verona, WI. In this pivotal role, you will provide first line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, as well as serve as support for our field technicians. A strong understanding of PSA software, such as ConnectWise or similar platforms, is essential, along with field experience in the IT or Security Automation industry.
As our Service Lead you will encompass the coordinator responsibility, and be the driving force behind our service operations, managing ticket queues with authority and making critical decisions to ensure seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, dispatching, and guaranteeing that our customers receive the highest level of support.
While prior experience in the Security or IT industries is beneficial, we value potential and a willingness to learn. Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in service coordination, administration, or a similar role, preferably
within the Electronic Security or Information Technology industry. Degrees in Business Administration,
Operations Management, or related fields are considered comparable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with
customers and team members.
- Highly organized with robust multitasking abilities and a sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service and eSective problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft OSice Suite and our service management software (ConnectWise); familiarity with
other industry-specific software is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to maintain composure and eSiciency in fast-paced environments while prioritizing customer
satisfaction.
