We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dining Services Assistant to join our team at Aspen Grove, a Sonida Senior Living community. Our community provides quality care to residents in an assisted living setting.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
• Have one to two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food service industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain high standards for dining services, ensuring efficient meal service delivery, excellent customer service, and a clean dining room and kitchen environment.
• Ensure timely serving of meals to residents within scheduled time frames.
• Report any problems, concerns, or issues observed with food service and communicate them appropriately.
• Adhere to all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements.
