Your Role
As an S&OP Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless alignment between supply and demand, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data across departments to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the S&OP process to optimize demand-supply balance.
- Develop and implement solutions for operational and tactical challenges.
- Prepare and manage weekly/monthly S&OP reports and meetings.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to maintain accurate forecasting and planning.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Train and guide stakeholders on forecasting tools and methodologies.
- Drive service, quality, and cost optimization while balancing supply and demand.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power Query, Qlik Sense, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with forecasting and planning tools in a data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
