CAPITAL is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Floor Closer and Finance Manager to enhance our sales team’s success and optimize the finance process for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional closing skills, and expertise in finance and insurance (F&I) procedures. This role is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring smooth deal structuring, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to assist in closing deals and maximizing profitability.

Structure vehicle purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with lending requirements.

Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including extended warranties and service contracts.

Build strong relationships with lenders to secure the best financing terms for customers.

Stay informed on manufacturer incentives, special financing offers, and market trends.

Train and mentor sales staff on effective closing techniques and finance procedures.

Monitor and ensure adherence to dealership sales and finance policies.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all deals.

Provide an outstanding customer experience by guiding clients through the purchase and financing process seamlessly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record in closing deals and finance management.

Knowledge of finance and insurance products, loan structuring, and compliance regulations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership management software.
