Automotive Sales Floor Closer and Finance Manager

CAPITAL is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Floor Closer and Finance Manager to enhance our sales team’s success and optimize the finance process for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional closing skills, and expertise in finance and insurance (F&I) procedures. This role is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring smooth deal structuring, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to assist in closing deals and maximizing profitability.

  • Structure vehicle purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with lending requirements.

  • Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including extended warranties and service contracts.

  • Build strong relationships with lenders to secure the best financing terms for customers.

  • Stay informed on manufacturer incentives, special financing offers, and market trends.

  • Train and mentor sales staff on effective closing techniques and finance procedures.

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to dealership sales and finance policies.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all deals.

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience by guiding clients through the purchase and financing process seamlessly.

  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record in closing deals and finance management.

  • Knowledge of finance and insurance products, loan structuring, and compliance regulations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership management software.

  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings.
