We are currently seeking an entry-level Post-Closing Support Processor for our Traverse City Office.
Job Summary:
The Post-Closing Support Processor (PCSP) will work in-office under direction of the Branch Manager. An individual in this role will primarily provide in-office process support to our Escrow Branch Team. From time to time this individual may also be asked to assist other areas of our Escrow Branch with miscellaneous tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and scan all incoming closing packages to be processed by Escrow Branch
- Assist Processors with printing and delivery of disbursements.
- Prepare and send original documents for recording
- Return mailing of physical documents
- Receive and process recording rejections and undeliverable mail
- Identify and analyze problems, providing appropriate solutions and escalation
- Respond to or redirect incoming requests for information
- Participate in miscellaneous projects when requested by management
- Participate in cross training and continuing education
- Comply with Company Best Practices and Procedures
- Support others and perform other duties, as needed, and as assigned by manager
Qualifications needed to perform this position:
- Title industry experience or equivalent business experience, a plus
- General knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions
- Knowledge of real property and land records
- Excellent data entry/typing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain performance with a high standard of accuracy
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and efficiently without direct supervision
- Detail oriented, analytical thinking and high-level of organizational skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and drive results
- Able to perform with high-level of integrity and ethics
- Proven ability to work under pressure and successfully manage high-volume processing
