Position Overview

Blended Line Sales Representative
Up to 18% Commission, Max Bonus Hurdle of only $100K!

Guide guests on property tours, showcasing vacation ownership benefits.
Present customized financial options.
Close sales and exceed targets.
Comply with company policies ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one before start date.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Industry Experience Required. Training is provided.
Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor the Blended-Line Sales Team to maximize performance.
Oversee daily sales operations and close sales transactions.
Foster a high-energy sales environment that excites both clients and team members.
Ensure high-quality guest experiences with polished presentations.
Maintain team performance and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Timeshare Sales Associate.
Proven ability to drive results (VPG, closing rates).
Leadership and team-building skills.
Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
Podium Speaker
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and engage prospective buyers through compelling presentations.
Act as the face of the company in showcasing the benefits of vacation ownership.
Support the sales team by providing motivation and enthusiasm in group presentations.
Ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Charismatic speaker with excellent presentation skills.
Previous experience in public speaking, sales, or hospitality preferred.
Ability to connect with diverse audiences and encourage guest engagement.
Flexible schedule to accommodate peak sales times (weekends, evenings).
