- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
