**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a customer service-oriented R.O. Boat Dock Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to individuals renting boats or using the boat dock facilities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of boating terminology and basic boat operations is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them with boat rentals and dock services
- Answer customer inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Process payments and maintain accurate rental records
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the boat dock area
- Provide basic instructions to customers on boat operation and safety guidelines
- Assist with any other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the boat dock
**Work Environment:**
The R.O. Boat Dock CSR will work primarily at the boat dock facility. This role may require standing for long periods and working weekends and holidays as needed.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
